About Me
I work with early-stage and scaling companies where the product is still evolving, the pitch changes weekly, and revenue has to be earned without the support of brand or established process. I have closed complex, founder-led enterprise deals before a sales motion existed, then designed the structure that made those outcomes repeatable. My strength is turning ambiguity into traction by working directly in real sales conversations, building outbound and go-to-market from first principles, and creating business cases that withstand CFO and board scrutiny. I am hands-on by default and focus on structure only when it is grounded in real customer pain and real buying dynamics.
